known issues:
cars drive terrible, that's done on purpose, the mod was meant to absolutely test drivers to the limit. i've recieved many recommendations to try and make this handle like a Noble, accelerate like an NHRA top fuel car, and stop like it's got a parachute, so it'll basically wind up being a very arcade-like car whenever V2.0 comes out
adjustability is WIP status, a version 2.0 will be released later
strange diagonal lines appear on cars on the rear end if you're using low detail settings-this is a problem with the origional PCC2007 mods used for this series, AND THERE IS A KNOWN FIX, if someone wants to volunteer i'd be happy to have the help, but i just don't trust myself with 3d modeling stuff
rfmodlauncher has a glitch with this mod, the menu graphic is really messed up...works in game though, so i don't know what the problem is
still looking for help on this, mainly in the ability to adjust the cars, but a 1.0 will be released as is
eventually every single garage setting will be adjustable except maybe tires
Keep in mind this is NOT a real mod, or even a realistic mod, it's a fun mod, meant to break lap records at fast tracks and provide white-knuckle racing at slower tracks
this mod is designed for one purpose: to bring attention to second life's racing community. however, after the cancellation of the series and the sale of the track, team, and other series i run on second life, versions 1.0 and 1.1 serveda new purpose: to bring the absolute most difficult mod possible to sim racing
i've now changed focus completely, and my new intent is to make these cars drive well on the track, rather than making them drive like a TVR. therefore, I'm gonna be looking around for some help in getting some f1-like suspension into these things
